I am a stay-at-home mom with a never-ending curiosity about the world. I have a degree in anthropology and a love of mythology and I believe that those great stories are alive today and still resonating within all of us.  I’d love to share what I’ve discovered about them.

The works of Joseph Campbell and Carl Jung have had a great influence on me and I continue to explore and find meaning in what they have to teach us – exploring the inner world as well as the outer world around us. Part of this is discovering the creativity inside myself through music, painting, poetry, and dance – and, of course, this blog.

My literary heros include James Joyce, Hermann Hess, Wallace Stevens, Rainer Maria Rilke, W.B. Yeats and many others.

I’m hoping to find kindred spirits here and hope to make new friends. I welcome an exchange of ideas and hope that people will share their thoughts with me about anything and everything. I’m looking forward to meeting all of you!
